What weight is best?
Typically for adults 10% of their body weight + more per personal preference. For children 10% of their body weight + a pound or two.
What are our Weighted Blankets weighted with?
My weighted blankets are weighted with glass beads. These are especially good for people who are sensitive to sounds and textures.

Care instructions
All of my blankets are machine washable on gentle, in cold and tumble dry or air dry flat.
Where is the 3% of my sale being donated to?
Each month I choose a different nonprofit organization to donate to. Some organization are very near and dear to me, the other’s I just think are awesome and definitely deserving of donations.
